Backyard Sympathy Update
Backyard Sympathy will be in the studio from April 4 to April 10 for pre-production and the first recording sessions for our upcoming album. In the few weeks leading up to that we will continue to write more material. We will also be making our first public appearance on Monday, March 27 at Blind Melon's in Pacific Beach, California. It's an open mic night and we figure that it's a good place to start.
Please come back often for more updates on our shows and our album.

Hey, Dig. I checked out Backyard Sympathy on MySpace. As everyone else has said, Question Number 2 is pretty good! Looking forward to hearing more.
Oh, and the audio post was cool. At least you didn't get cut off!
Woot Woot. Happy hour and 3 minutes to stick time! (in the Eastern time zone)
Dude, I totally stole that bottle of wild turkey.
quite nice songs in perfect harmony with the slow start of spring back here in austria.
Nice! I seriously can't wait to hear this stuff, man!
I liked the audio post...It's always nice to read a musician who has stepped out of the world of blogging virginity...
Found you through my friend's blog (I'm the one who inspired the very odd post about "Polygamy Hair")
I'll check back here.
P.S. Nice Mitt.
Cool! I want to come see you guys perform. I'm sure it will be awsome!
Unfortunately "dial-up" won't allow me to hear your audio post, or your myspace stuff, but as soon as I'm on a computer with high speed....
Lydia! You're not missing much with the audio post. But you gotta listen to the tune!
Thanks for hookin' up with us on MySpace too.

hey digga - dunno how you got onto my blog, but glad you did. i really liked 'question number 2', and the band name.
you've got that nice west coast feel, combined with a touch of intensity in the lyrics that keeps it interesting, along with good musicianship rolling that cathcy little riff along. very promising!
i wish you and the lads every blessing with your upcoming album project.
